Over the last six years as Solicitor General, Noah has represented Washington State in some of its most important cases, including Washington v. Trump, the State’s successful challenge to the President’s first travel ban Executive Order. As Attorney General, he’ll be ready on day one to continue combating the opioid crisis, defending our civil rights, protecting our environment, and holding powerful special interests accountable.

Noah lives on Beacon Hill in Seattle with his wife and their three young children. He attended Seattle Public Schools, the University of Washington, and Harvard Law School.
